Church & State Wines grows and produces grapes in both the Okanagan and on Vancouver Island. With 70 acres planted near Oliver and an additional 11 acres planted on the Saanich Peninsula their guiding principle is to make great wine with great grapes.
Church & State plans to produce 10,000 to 12,000 cases a year, 65% will be red wine. There are two flagship red blends, Quintessential, a red blend of Cab Sauv/Malbec/Petit Verdot as well the Coyote Bowl Meritage (Merlot/Cab Sauv/Cab Franc). There is also a Syrah rounding out the big reds.
White wines include a Chardonnay, Viognier and a Rhone blend called Trebella.
